Booking Terms
By booking a workshop or lesson with Rowan Knots, you agree to the following terms:
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Payment: Fees must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your slot.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 48 hours prior to the session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Instructor Cancellations: If I have to cancel a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the choice to reschedule at no additional cost.
